Did a very good dinner for the whole family tonight. It became the fresh salmon in oven, new potatoes and sherry sauce.
And the sauce was really good! Even my little sister belvedere completely lyric of it. Mission accomplished? Yes!
Here you have the recipe for the sauce:
2 cup Sherry wine
2 fish stock cubes
1 Sharlotten onion
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups cream frech
about 2 -3 cups milk
1 tbsp dill, finely chopped
1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
Peel and chop the onion, fry in butter until the onion is white. then mix down the sherry and broth. Let cook until about half are wintering, about 8 minutes. Then mix them down fresh spices and cream frechen, dilute with milk if it gets too strong. let the sauce simmer for a few minutes.
